• Prices and product availability are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation.
• Unless stated otherwise, a formal quotation is valid for 14 days from its issue date.
• An order is formed only once you accept a quotation (in the client portal, by email, or by paying a deposit) and we confirm it.
• Minimum order quantities, lead times and volume pricing tiers are set out on each quotation.

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where applicable, exclusive of 5% VAT, which is shown separately.
• Accepted methods include card / Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Stripe), bank transfer, payment links, and — for approved corporate, government and distributor accounts — credit terms and purchase-order invoicing.
• Larger orders may require a 50% advance (balance before dispatch) or 100% advance, as stated on your quotation.
• Production of customised items begins only after the required payment and your artwork approval are received.

• You are responsible for ensuring you own, or are licensed to use, any logo, artwork or text you supply, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• We provide a digital artwork proof for your written approval before production. We are not liable for errors (spelling, colours, placement) in an approved proof.
• Colours may vary slightly between screen and the final branded product, and across branding methods and materials.
• You retain ownership of your artwork; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil your order.

• We offer standard, express, scheduled, multiple-location, in-person collection, and international (GCC & worldwide) delivery, as selected on your order.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment; they are not guaranteed and are not the basis for cancellation unless agreed in writing.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or, for collection orders, on hand-over at our facility.
• Please inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or visible damage within 48 hours.

• Customised / branded items are made to order and cannot be cancelled, changed or returned once production has started, except where they are faulty or not as described.
• Un-branded stock items may be returnable within a period agreed on your quotation, unused and in original packaging.
• If an item is defective or materially differs from the approved proof, we will repair, replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, reputation or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and the Nexent name and marks — belongs to Nexent or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here.
